Allergy Flare

You flare up the pollen in a set area affecting humanoid and beast creatures nearby. Each creature within a 20 feet area that you point to has to make a constitution saving throw or be affected by one of the following debuffs. Roll a d4 for each creature that failed the saving throw in the area.

1. Water Eyes: The target's eyes start to water and become itchy giving them disadvantage on their attack rolls and Dex saving throws.
2. Stuffed up Nose: The Target's nose gets stuffed up giving them disadvanatge on perception checks that require smelling and blinding them if they rely on smelling for their blindsight.
3. Prickly Throat: The Target's throat becomes prickly and they start a coughing fit causing all verbal component spells they use to instantly fail.
4. Asthma: The Target struggles to breathe causing all their attacks to be at disadvantage and they start to suffocate. Use suffocation rules for this ability.

The Target may use an action on their turn to try to end the effect early or it'll end automatically when the spellcaster loses concentration.
