13th Level Spell

The caster uses the glitter to create a spell casting circle on the ground, the caster then starts chanting ancient incantations unknown to any modern being. The caster is allowed to occasionally take 3 minute breaks from the incantations however they must maintain concentration for the entirety of the 666 hours. The caster must sacrifice 1 magical being every hour. For the duration of the casting the spellcaster gains an armor class of 30 and immunity to magical damage and critical hits; anyone who attempts a physical attack on the caster takes 10d6 necrotic damage. the casting circle can’t be damaged. The spell can be stopped by use of a level 9 counter spell or a wish spell within 10 feet of the caster.

 

As the spell progresses reality begins to break down. Any effects remain in effect unless replaced.

Teleportation spells become unreliable, and interplanar transportation breaks down. 

Divination spells stop working.

The feeling of dread increases reducing everyone's wisdom by 1

Spell casters can use the energy radiated by the spell to locate the caster of the spell

66 hours

All spells below the 9th level have a 1 in 5 chance of failing. 

Gravity becomes unstable, all fall damage and jump distance is multiplied by 1d4/2

48 hours

All spells below the 9th level have a 1 in 4 chance of failing. 

the dread increases reducing wisdom by 2

24 hours

All spells below the 9th level have a 1 in 2 chance of failing.

Distance begins to break down, all lengths are multiplied by 2d4/5

Time starts to break down, time starts locally speeding up and slowing down and even running backwards for some things.

2 minutes

2 minutes from completion of the spell the dread increases immensely, reducing wisdom by 4.

Reality begins to collapse with things starting to fade out of existence

Everything is barely held together

The spell caster is exempt from these effects.

Upon completion of the spell the DM loses control of everything.  the universe is completely and instantly annihilated, erasing everything across all planes from existence. A new universe is created in its place, the only person in this new universe with memory of the previous one is a reincarnation of the caster of the spell. The new universe must be ran by a different DM. This spell cannot be undone, as such the old campaign setting can't be brought back.
