Blood Manipulation

A cantrip that deals 1d4 Necrotic damage to the user & 1d6 piercing+ 1d4 necrotic to its target. If the damage to the user is the maximum of the die, the target takes double the damage. The necrotic damage dealt empowers the users next healing spell.

The necrotic damage increases to 1d6 at 5th level, 1d8 at 11th level, 1d10 at 17th level.
Piercing damage increases to 2d6 at 5th level, 3d6 at 11th, 4d6 at 17th level
