You summon a necrotic tether sucking the life out of a creature you can see within range to another creature of your choice within 20 feet of the origin. This spell sucks the life from one side of the tether transferring life force to the other. This spell deals 1d6 necrotic damage to the origin creature and heals the receiving creature an equal amount. A creature resisting this effect can reroll the saving throw at the end of their turn. Damage and healing is done at the start of the origin creatures turn.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the healing increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
