Binding Chains

Summons chains that instantly restrain the target and cannot be broken until the caster loses concentration, ends the spell, or after 15 minutes. They can be magically dispelled but no weapons can break them. When they shatter, the restrained target is freed but must take 2d6 piercing damage.
