Create a floating, spectral weapon of your choice that attacks your enemies alongside you. The weapon is Ethereal, immune to psychic and poison damage, and resistant to all other damage types. The weapon must resemble a simple or mastery melee weapon. When it is created, roll initiative for it using your spellcasting modifier as the initiative bonus. The spiritual weapon has immunities to the blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, incapacitated, paralyzed, poisoned, prone, restrained, stunned, and unconscious conditions. The weapon has a fly speed of 20 feet, but cannot end its turn more than a foot off of the ground. If it does, the spell immediately ends. You may only have one spiritual weapon active at a time. If you cast a new one while you already have an older one active, the older one dismisses itself as a free action, and the new one is successfully cast. The weapon has an AC equal to 10 plus the level of the spell slot used to cast it. The weapon has an amount of health equal to twice your spellcasting class level.

The weapon has one bonus action and one reaction per round. It cannot lose these actions through any means except by using them. The weapon can use its bonus action to make a melee attack a creature and deal 1d8 + 1 + your spellcasting ability modifier force damage on a hit. The creature must be within 5 feet of the weapon. Once per cast, the weapon can use a bonus action to make its corresponding weapon mastery attack (see the 2024 PH), dealing 1d8 + 1 + your spellcasting ability modifier force damage on a hit. The DC for any saving throws is equal to 10 plus the level of the spell slot used to cast this spell. Use your spellcasting modifier for the weapons attack rolls. As a bonus action, the spiritual weapon may dismiss itself from service and leave play. The weapon can use its reaction to make a non-mastery melee attack against a creature leaving the weapon's attack radius (see above instructions for the attack).

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d8 for every other spell slot used above 2. The health increases by your spellcasting class level for every slot level used above 2.
