You utter the names of five Vile Vortices on your plane, summoning the pocket dimensions they correspond with. One creature you can see within range has their head and limbs engulfed by a dimensional rift. If the creature you choose has 100 hit points or fewer, the rifts snap closed sundering the targets head and limbs, which are sent to the correlating dimension. Otherwise, the spell has no effect.
