Bubble's Drinking Game

You summon a magical floating bottle of liquor above a creature's head. The bottle is immune to all damage but can be dispelled.

As a magic action and as part of casting the spell, you can force the bottle down the throat of the creature. The target must make a constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature takes 1d4 acid damage and loses their action and bonus actions, doing nothing but vomiting and moving at half speed on their turn. On a success the target has disadvantage on the first attack roll or saving throw it makes, whichever comes first.

If a creature succeeds 3 consecutive constitution saves in a row they gain immunity to fear for 1 minute.

If a creature fails 3 consecutive constitution saves in a row, an audible sad trumpet noise is played, the target falls unconscious and the spell ends.

Targets of the spell with poison resistance gain advantage on their saving throws and targets with poison immunity are unaffected.
