Compression

You compress an area of up to 20 cubic feet into a small, fist-sized ball of pure energy. All non-living items within the area are contained within the ball, which can be easily carried. For every 50 lbs. of weight compressed, the caster must sacrifice 3 HP.

To maintain this spell, you must expend a spell slot each day, depending on the total weight and volume compressed:

• 50 lbs. or less: 1st-level slot
• 51-150 lbs.: 2nd-level slot
• 151-300 lbs.: 3rd-level slot

If the caster fails to use a spell slot before the 24-hour period ends, the compressed space immediately returns to its original form.

At Higher Levels: When cast using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the total weight and volume that can be compressed increases by 100 lbs. and 10 cubic feet for each slot level above 5th.
