A beam of soothing moonlight light flashes out from your hand in 30-foot-cone. You then choose up to 6 creatures which the light touches. You can give a 1d6 bonus or penalty to a creature which effects it whenever it makes an ability check or a saving throw. An unwilling creature must make a Wisdom saving throw, which it can repeat at end of its turns.
At Higher Levels. The range of the cone inreases by 10-foot for each spell slot above 4th.
