Animate Skeleton

When cast successfully, the caster gains control over the skeleton of their choice within a 60 ft line of sight.  The spell may be dispelled at any time as a bonus action or if it is cast again. 

If the spell is cast during battle, the skeleton will have the same initiative as the caster and will take action after the caster, otherwise, the skeleton will roll its own initiative with no modifiers when a battle commences with the spell already active.

- When Cast On Any Living Entity - The target will need to make a wisdom saving throw (8 + wisdom modifier + Proficiency Bonus) The target and skeleton have separate initiatives in battle; One turn where the target is in control and another when the skeleton is in control. The skeleton is able to use the target's actions with no modifiers whatsoever.

• When Cast On A Consenting Living Entity - The target may consent to control over their skeleton and ignore the wisdom saving throw. This will cause the target and skeleton to have a -1 to all Hit / DC rolls.
• When Cast On A Non-Consenting Living Entity - In the case that the target does not consent to control, the target will gain a disadvantage on all Hit / DC rolls. The target and skeleton will also have a -3 to all Hit / DC rolls.

To break the spell forcefully, the target must make a successful wisdom saving throw (8 + wisdom modifier + Proficiency Bonus). On failure, the target takes 1d4 necrotic damage.

• At 4th level, the caster can cast the spell onto 1 target
• At 6th level, the caster can cast the spell onto 2 targets
• At 8th level, the caster can cast the spell onto 3 targets
