Burning Banshee

You point at a target in sight, mutter a few incantations and perform a few powerful hand gestures. The target must make a constitution saving throw, against your spell DC. On a failed save the target bursts into vibrant blue flames and begins shreiking wildly. The target is paralyzed until the spell ends and any enemies within 30 feet of the target must make a wisdom saving throw or become deafened, take 4d8 psychic damage and 1d8 necrotic damage. If the target fails the constitution saving throw with less than half the spell DC it drops to 1 hit point and the rest of the spell effect takes hold.
