You gently float up and incarnate overlapping twin moons, which you them send down striking the ground one after the other, violently shaking the earth with moonlight. Each creature in a 60-foot-radius, 20-foot-high Cylinder centered around yourself must makes a Dexterity saving throw, taking 10d4 Radiant damage, having their speed reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn and are knocked prone on a failed save. On a successful save a creature takes half as much damage and is not knocked prone, but their speed is still reduced.
As an action on your following turns while the spell remains and you are still aloft, you can send down crashing another moon towards the ground.
Shapechangers and creatures that are directly underneath you make the save with disadvantage, a shapechanger that fails it´s save it also instantly reverts to its original form.
While the spell is active, you are hovering 10 feet up in the air, have resistance to all damage and your speed is reduced to 0 which cannot be increased until the spell ends.
