You create a 15-foot-radius Sphere of light smoke centered on a point within range. It lasts for the duration or until a strong wind (such as one created by Gust of Wind) disperses it.
Whenever a creature enter or start it's turn in the smoke, it must succeed a constitution saving throw or be affected by the smoke for 1 minute.
On a failed save the creature become drowsy and suffer a penalty of -2 to every check, save and attack roll.
At the end of it's turn the creature can attempt another constitution saving throw to resist the spell, on a fail the creature will suffer one more level of penalty (-4 to rolls on 2 fail, etc.), on a succesful save the creature can't be affected by this cloud of smoke until it dispell.
On a first succesful save, the creature remain unaffected by the cloud until the start of their next turn.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The cloud's duration increase by 1 minute for each spell slot level above 3.
