Alter Self (Rectified)

The Rectified Alter Self spell has the following adjustments:

Changing your form only requires a Bonus Action.

Upcasting: If cast with a 3rd level slot, you can assume two altered options at once. If cast with a 4th level slot or higher, you can assume all three options at once. If cast using a 5th level slot or higher, the duration extends to 8 hours. If cast with a 6th level slot or higher, the spell no longer requires concentration.
