A Huge, quasi-real, skeletal, vulture-like creature with tattered wings and glowing eyes appears on the ground in an unoccupied space of your choice within range. It is equipped with a bit and bridle, as well as six saddles suitable for humanoid riders.
The steed understands your commands and follows them to the best of its ability, and can be ordered to permit riders or carry other objects weighing up to 1,200 pounds total. It has a walking speed of 20 feet and a flying speed of 120 feet, allowing it to fly at 27 miles per hour. While flying, its hideous screeches echo throughout the sky for miles around. Its statistics are those of a killer whale (minus the aquatic traits) with the resistances and immunities of a wight. Alternately, the steed's statistics can be found under the creature of the same name in the D&D Beyond homebrew monster section.
The spell ends if you use an action to dismiss it or if the steed is reduced to 0 hit points. When it does, the steed gradually fades, giving its riders 1 minute to dismount. Any of the equipment created by the spell vanishes in a puff of smoke if it moves more than 10 feet away from the steed.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The steed's speed and hit points increase by 60 and its cargo capacity increases by 600 pounds per spell slot level above 6th..
