You point the Bow of the Bard Band at a number of creatures equal to your level. Each creature must immediately break into song in their native language for 2 minutes or until they have zero HP.
While the creature is singing they have disadvantage when performing any action or spell and are unable to complete any action or spell that specifically involves the use of spoken language. If the creature is immune to charm they must make a Wisdom saving throw to avoid the affects of this spell.
