Arcane Arrow

A shimmering arrow streaks toward a target within range and bursts in a sphere of force. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the arrow does 4d6 damage and in a 5 ft. area around the target, it causes a force blast. On a miss, the blast still occurs around the target. Any creature(up to Large size) in radius of the blast makes a Constitution saving throw, being knocked away by 5 ft. on a failed save, or stands their ground on a successful save. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot level above 3rd.
