A faint surge of arcane energy starts to flow away from a chosen creature and makes its way to the caster, entering theyr body through their wrists

You choose one creature you can see within range, as an action the chosen creature has to do a Constitution Saving throw, on a failed save the caster steals a 2nd level spell slot or two 1st level spell slots, but noting happens on a success.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You can attempt to steal a spell slot of the same level as casted or two spell slots that are one level lower then the one using casting this spell.

! This spell can only be upcasted to 7th level.
