Commune With City

You become one with a town or city that you are in, attaining knowledge of the surrounding community. Drawing arcane queries on a wall, floor, road, or other surface in the city in chalk, you instantly gain knowledge of as many as three facts from among the following subjects: the population of the community; the dominant race within the community and the percentage of the population it encompasses; any given race's percentage of the total population; terrain and bodies of water including wells and any sewers within 3 miles; the level of the highest-level character in a given class; the type and alignment of one of the community's power centers, including centers of commerce, criminal underground, government, learning, or religion (if the community has more than one, choose which); a significant economic factor affecting trade within the community; or a major news item within the city.
