Blazing Spear

You form a javelin of blazing fire and hurl it at an enemy. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2d8 fire damage. Additionally, the target and all creatures within 10 feet of it must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 1d8 fire damage, and half as much on a successful one. Any flammable object within the spell's area ignites if it isn't being worn or carried.
