Black Chains

You launch a black, spiked chain from your hands toward a target you can see within range. On a hit, the creature takes 1d10 damage. The creature must make a dexterity saving throw or be grappled, and pulled ten feet toward the caster. 

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The target takes an extra 1d10 damage for every level cast above first.
