At cast, one red spectral hand is conjured out of thin air. This hand is not physical, but act as if it's physical on contact.

The hand has a radius of 60ft, and will dispell if the hand exceeds the range.

The hand deals 1d6 damage initially, but the user is able to expend 8 Hit points to add another 1d6 to the hit die.
