Gathering the very light from your surroundings, a giant glowing light forms in your hands and is shot with incredible speed towards one central target.  The star explodes upon impact with the central target, shattering into millions of glittering grains of star dust. Each creature within a 20-foot sphere around the central target makes a Dexterity Saving throw, taking 4d8 Radiant Damage on a failed saving throw, or half the damage on a successful save.

The central target glitters with remaining star dust, giving the next attack on it advantage.  All creatures in the radius who failed the Dexterity Save are covered in stardust until the end of your next turn, radiating 10 feet of dim light, they cannot utilize the effects of an invisibility spell, and gets disadvantage on any stealth related checks, such as hiding.

Unlike a classic Area of Effect spell, this spell needs to be targeted at one specific creature as they will be taking the brunt of the spell, and are the only one that can have the attack advantage on them.  Those in the radius suffer less damaging effects.

This spell cannot be cast when the caster is in a space without light (non-magical darkness and magical darkness).  It Can be cast utilizing artificial light (such as fire, torchlight or a light cantrip etc.).

At Higher Levels:  the number of damage dice rolled increases by one for every level above 3rd.
