The user can create a dome around 60 ft. using a hand position.
In the middle of the dome is a pyramid in the structure and style of a bridge. With sandy dunes around the dome.
The power of the user is doubled (example: 1d4 + 5 --> 2d4 + 10, 1d20+5 --> 1d20+10 advantage) whilst the user also being able to make dimensional rifts that can teleport the target to another dimensional rift.
The user is able to forge a hand made of sand, that the user can control to smash, slash and grab.
The user is able to forge lightning from the sky, using it to make it's current weapon in hand more powerful, along with dealing an extra roll for lightning/shock damage
The user is able to fly throughout the dome.
