You make 2d4 shots of a 5ft wide beam of freezing necrotic force from the blaster. Each creature in Beam of length equal to 10ft times the casters total class levels must make a Dex saving throw. A creature takes 2d4 cold damage, 2d4 force damage, and 2d4 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half that damage on a successful one and is pushed 10ft away from the caster and that target's speed is reduced to 0 until the end of your next turn.
