Azure Burn

Cold steam comes from your hand to deliver a freezing burn to a creature you try to touch. Make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 2D4 damage (1D4 fire and 1D4 Cold), and it drops what it is holding.

The spell's damage increases by 2d4 when you reach 5th level (4d4), 11th level (6d4), and 17th level (8d4).
