Azure Cowl

You hold out your hands as flames erupt from the palms of your hands and cover your arms crawling up and covering your whole torso and extending. The flames then turn into steam revealing an Azure blue long coat that you are now wearing. The caster's base AC becomes 15 + its Dexterity modifier and you gain resistance to fire and cold till the spell ends. the coat allows the wearer to take 3 hits for the caster if the caster is rendered unconscious.

The spell ends if the target dons armor or if the coat takes 3 hits or if you dismiss the spell as an action.
