Weaving Flame

The user weaves a 10 ft radius dome of flame around themself. As the spell is cast, and every round it’s maintained, every enemy within the dome must roll a Constitution save. Those who fail the save must take [roll]4d6+6[/roll] fire damage or half as much on a successful save. For each level above 2nd, the spell does 1d6 more damage.
