Ballad of Arcanthos, God of Knowledge

A bard, if they have a relic of Arcanthos, God of Knowledge, once per long rest they may preform this song in attempt to summon Arcanthos. If successful, they may ask him for a piece of knowledge. For him to answer the user of this spell must succeed on a religion check. After subtracting 2 from their roll, if the user's final number does not meet or exceed 19, the spell fails. No time passes while Arcanthos is present at the same as the spell is active.
