Almighty Glacier

You point at a space on the ground that you can see within 120 feet of you and a mile high spike of ice rockets up from the earth, piercing anything above it and and freezing anything it comes in contact with. Creatures standing or above the point that the spell was cast take 20d6 cold and 20d6 piercing damage, dex(?) save for half. Any creature within 20 feet of the ice spike must also make a Str or Con save, caster's choice, or be considered restrained for 1 round. The spike remains for 1 day or until magically removed.
