Abyssal Depths

Choose up to 3 targets you can see within range and bring upon them the crushing depths of the sea. They each must succeed a Constitution saving throw or be afflicted with the murky depths, which reduces their movement speed to 10 feet, they are deafened for the duration, and their vision is reduced to only 10 feet in every direction. 

Each round on the start of their turn, an affected creature may make a Strength saving throw to resist the crushing depth, allowing them their normal movement speed. The reduced vision and deafness cannot be resisted.
