Arcane Lash of Electricity

You evoke a crackling lash in your free hand. The lash is similar in size and shape to a whip with a reach of 10ft, and it lasts for the duration. If you let go of the whip, it disappears, but you can evoke the whip again as a bonus action.

You can use your action to make a melee spell attack with the crackling lash. On a hit, the target takes 4d12 lightning damage.

The crackling lash sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d12 for every slot levels above 4th.
