Wave of Blades

You create a roiling wave of swords on any surface within range, you can make the wall up to 60 feet long 20 feet wide and 1 foot thick, the swords are real and cannot be dispelled. 

When the wave appears, the swords swing out from the surface as if they were a wave in the sea roiling forward with blades out. Each creature in its path must make a dexterity saving throw, taking 3d8 nonmagical slashing damage on a failed save and half as much on a successful save.

The wave creates an area of difficult terrain consisting of sharp steel blades jutting from the ground. When a creature moves into or within the area, it takes 1d8 nonmagical slashing for every 5 feet of movement.
