The Caster put his hands in front of him and rub them together and speaks the command "Wwwhe". At a destination in a 70 feet radius the caster creates a cloud of 32,81 feet diameter, from where the caster can choose what rains down (for example skin flakes, rain drops or fire).
Every creature in the diameter must make a Intelligence DC 15. If they succeed they see that it is an illusion, if not what ever rains down is for the duration of this Spell real for them. At level 5 it does do 1d4 psychic damage by a failed DC. For each level above 5th level its +1d4.
The spell can be canceld with a clap of the hands.
