The caster chooses a point in range where the area is covered in a 15-foot radius of ice. For the duration, the frozen area is considered difficult terrain

A creature that starts its turn in this area or tries to move through it must pass a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature falls prone. When a creature attempts to stand up, the sheer cold of the ice deals 1d6 cold damage.

If the target of this spell is a sea-faring vessel, all effects are doubled.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage and radius increases by 1d6 and 15-feet, for every two slot levels above 1st.
