Caelum's Heir of Death

You create three glowing darts of necrotic force. Each dart hits a creature of your choice that you can see within range. A dart inflicts two turns of Caelum's benediction to its target.

The spellcaster can only hit the same target once with this spell.

Caelum's benediction. If the effected target takes any damage it also takes an additional amount of necrotic damage eaqul to the spell casting modifier of the caster. if the effectet targed is an ally they recive bonus healing form all sorces eaqul to the spell casting modifier of the caster instead.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The spell creates one more dart for each spell slot level above 2.
