Your proficiency in the dark arts allows you to cast the remnants of past calamities, summoning the form of spectral souls that sing their own demise in a chorus. At cast: this spell requires 3 turns of continuous casting with concentration, once ready you are allowed to cast the spell at any target space in sight at 20ft on any of your next turns as a bonus action, if 5 turns pass without using the spell, the magic dissipates. Any afflicted creatures will take 4d8 of necrotic damage and 3d8 of psychic damage or half in a successful save and will need to perform a saving throw of wisdom, in a failed save, the creature will be paralyzed by the chorus until the end of its next turn.

Spell Upgrade. At higher spell level this spell will add the spell level to its necrotic damage dice 4d(8+lvl), and add dices to its psychic damage dice 3(+1lvl)d8. At spell level 5th and 7th the paralysis applied upon failed saves of creatures afflicted is increased to 2 turns, and 3 turns respectively.
