You stretch out your hand and a 5 foot wide, 1d6 x 10 ft long streak of red-gold-white light tears through the air in any orientation towards a point that you can see, jumping starting the length rolled away and stretching to that point. Any creature within the line must make a DEX save against your spell save DC. On a failed save, they are wiped from existence 1d20 hours before the spell is cast. Any and all actions and effects that they had on the world are erased. A creature killed in this way can never be resurrected: only the memory of them persists. Any object within this line also vanishes from existence 1d20 hours before the spell is cast. Any effects that these objects had on the world are also erased. If this spell is used against a divine being or a CR 25+ creature, they instead take 50d10 + 25 force damage (ignoring resistances and immunities). If this damage reduces them to 0 hit points, they are instead erased 1d10 minutes before the spell is cast. This may anger other creatures, and is instantly detectable to everyone on the same plane of existence as you.
Immediately after each blast of fire shoots out, the very fabric of existence ripples. The universe itself screams in pain, and tears slightly. This is detectable by any magic user within 20 miles, and may alert others to what is going on. Additionally, any 17th level or higher caster is instantly made aware of the direction and distance to the origin of the spell if they are on the same plane of existence as it.
This spell cannot be countered except by The Flame of Tar Valon, and anything destroyed by it cannot be brought back expect by the Flame as well, not even wish can do it. Additionally, you must wait 1 turn in between each blast of Balefire.
