Whispering Paranoia

You whisper haunting words that only a creature of your choice within range can hear. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes frightened for the duration. While frightened in this way, the creature:

• Cannot benefit from advantage on attack rolls, ability checks, or saving throws.
• Has disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks.
• Must use its reaction to Opportunity Attack any creature that moves out of its reach, regardless of ally or enemy.

 At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the effect ends and they become unaffected by this spell for 24 hours.

At Higher Levels:

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd.
