Accursed Sulence

Anyone within radius that makes a sound takes 1d10 psychic damage and has disadvantage on their next roll. If the sound was verbal components for a spell, take 1d10 extra psychic damage for every level of the spell and make a concentration save, if you fail the spell misfires. In addition, if concentration was broken this way, take an extra 1d10 psychic damage for every level of the spell and lose ability to concentrate on a spell for remaining duration of accursed silence. Any “silence” spell overlapping this aoe is negated. This spell can be treated as silence.
