Arcane Void

Summon a gust of magic from an unknown realm to render all of the spell casting abilities in the specified area void. The range can be artificially increased by sacrificing hit points. The spell last until the caster decides to dispel. The spell, when in a 6th level spell slot., increases the radius by 4 times, to 100 feet. When sacrificing hit points and the max scale the spells radius will be 150 feet.
