You create a spout of water from any water source at least 100 sq. ft. in area and lasts for the duration. Any creature that comes in contact with the water spout, takes 2d8 points of force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the water spout up to 20 feet plus 5 feet per point of your spellcasting ability modifier. Upon contacting a creature, the spout will stop moving this turn. The water spout will extinguish all non-magical flames within 5 feet.
