Acid Rain

You cause a rain of acid to fall in a 20-foot radius, 40-foot high cylinder centered on a point within 90 feet. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d10 acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The ground in the area becomes difficult terrain for 1 minute.
