This spell has a 30' range but if the target is touched with this spell instead, it saves with disadvantage.
This spell affects anything with appendages and has a head or face.
You would think that this spell would be akin to the spell Dissonant Whispers but you would be amiss. This spell sets the mood by establishing a foundation of soft, soothing saxophone playing in the background which lulls the target into a disarming sense of calmness and pleasant wonderment which causes it to sway ever so slightly side to side, almost as if an imagined lover is tenderly embracing them from behind and articulating subtle machinations of dance through subtle, amorous gesticulations, cocooned by the emotional warmth from the unrelenting realities that are part of existence. Mmmmmmmmm....yeah you know what I mean... Then suddenly, with something like a large, raw kielbasa sausage, they get proverbially *BLAPPED* across the face for an initial 1d4 Bludgeoning and 1d4 Psychic damage, and has to walk away all sultry-like using its "hips" to accentuate its movements until the start of its next round at which time it must immediately use its first opportunity to expend a bonus action to turn back its neck (to the best of its abilities) and peer back at you with "oooh" lips, with a look of 1/2 angry-dragon and 1/2 stinging emotional sadness mixed with self-immolating pleasure, at which time it is healed for 1d6. It also can't take reactions until the end of your next turn and the forementioned bonus action is completed.
OK I lied, it is a bit similar to Dissonant Whispers, but more passion-filled.

Upon hearing the initial saxophone, the target may make a wisdom save if it so desires (...but I don't think it'll want to. Mmmmm)
Upon a successful save, the target avoids the bludgeoning damage and the movement portion (if it wants to) which includes the bonus action consumption AND the heal, but it still must feel the emotional lacerations of the pleasure and pain of rest of the spell (1d4 Psychic). They still must give the same aforementioned look of despair and pleasure (at some point soon after, as a free action) but mean it even more, while questioning the very foundations of their innermost feelings.
The spell damages and healing increase by 1 die each for each additional spell level.

* - (A saxophone or a small trinket resembling any portion of George Michael)
