Barriers

You create three shimmering barriers of semi-permeable magical force to deter your foes. Each barrier appears between two points you choose within range. Each barrier is 5 feet wide, 10 feet tall, and 1 inch thick.

When a hostile creature makes an attack that would pass through a barrier, the damage of that attack is reduced by an amount equal to your spellcasting ability modifier. Additionally, hostile creatures attempting to pass through a barrier must make a Strength saving throw or become unable to pass through it.

At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can create one additional barrier for each level above 1st.
