Condenses aether into a pillar of flame focused on a target in range, dealing 20d4 fire damage to the target, half that damage to all creatures within 10 feet of the target. Creatures hit roll a constitution saving throw, taking half damage on a successful save (quarter of rolled damage for creatures near target that succeed the save).
