Condenses aether into a pillar of light, dealing 20d4 radiant damage to a target within range, and half as much to all creatures within 10 feet of the target. Creatures hit make a constitution saving throw, taking half damage on a successful save (creatures near the target take a quarter of rolled damage if they succeed the save).
