You harness the power of your own life to enhance your abilities. When you cast this spell, and every round you concentrate on the spell, you sacrifice 4 hp. While you are concentrating on this spell you can increase one of your abilities scores by 2. Your max for this score also increases by 2

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher increase the amount of damage take by 4 and the ability score by 2 for each level above 4th level. Your max score for that ability also increases by 2 for each level above 4th.
