On a failed save, the target takes 5d8 thunder damage and is stunned until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half the damage and suffers no additional effects.

A creature made of inorganic material such as stone, crystal, or metal has disadvantage on this saving throw.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 4th.
